We have comprehensively advised a company operating in the food industry in the preparation of a capital increase by admission of new investors. Our advisory services included inter alia the compilation of the essential historical financial data, the preparation of an integrated value driver-based planning model, the coordination of the performance of a market and competitive analysis, as well as the discussion of the results with the management and derivation of appropriate measures with regard to the adaptation of the business model, support in the preparation of the business plan, preparation of a valuation model and derivation of value ranges as well as discussion of legal and tax relevant issues with tax and legal advisors.
A shareholder of an internationally active management consulting firm engaged us to evaluate the saleability of the company, to include an assessment of the potential transaction price, to review the envisaged corporate strategy of the company, identify potential improvements as well as to identify prospective buyers.
On behalf of the financing banks, we have evaluated the disposal options for one of the largest groups involved in live-stock-breeding in Germany. Amongst others, we have carried-out a market analysis and discussions with market participants, identified prospective buyers, derived potential possible transaction structures and analysed critical issues. In addition, we have developed an indicative timetable for the transaction.
On behalf of the financial services company of a leading German automotive group we set-up a virtual data room and were responsible for the management of the data room for the intended sale of the Turkish subsidiary.
