We have advised an international facility management company in the sale of its activities in the technical facility management subsidiary to the management (MBO). We have advised the minority shareholders of an internationally active listed manufacturer of plastic films in the sale of their stake. Amongst others, we have performed an indicative valuation as a price indication for the negotiations, prepared the sale documentation and approached potential investors. Furthermore, we negotiated the deal on behalf of the minority shareholders.
