We were mandated by a company in the publishing industry, to perform an indicative valuation in order to evaluate entrepreneurial options for the modification of the business model and the financial restructuring. Against this background, we have provided the following services: preparation of the business plan for the valuation object, performance of the indicative valuation for the different options of continuation of the business, as well as for a divestment of the business. Furthermore, we have determined liquidation values for the scenarios cessation of business operations or insolvency of the business. In addition we prepared an opinion on the methodology of the business valuation and planning assumptions to the competent District Court.

On behalf of a private equity firm, we have performed an indicative valuation of a portfolio company operating one of the largest restaurant chains in Germany in the context of a planned capital increase.

We were mandated by a bank offering asset management and brokerage services with an expert valuation of the two business segments in the context of the planned corporate separation of the financial institution.

On behalf of a private equity firm, we have performed an expert valuation of portfolio company operating in the health sector. The engagement was carried-out in preparation of the planned participation of the management of the portfolio company.

On behalf of three well-known companies from the energy industry, we have performed an indicative company valuation of a subsidiary, operating a consumer portal in the area of smart home, Internet of things, and E-mobility. The indicative company valuation was carried-out in preparation of the planned sale of shares.

In the context of the preparation of a restructuring plan for a manufacturer of diesel engines and components for the automotive and commercial vehicle industry, we have performed an indicative valuation of the company on behalf of the financing banks.
